Strauss Mann leads Fargo Force to USHL Clark Cup title

By Jeff CoxMay 21, 2018

Former Brunswick School star and Greenwich, Conn., native Strauss Mann helped guide the Fargo Force to the organization's first ever USHL Clark Cup Championship. The Michigan recruit went 11-2-1 with a .932 save percentage in the playoffs.

Mann was always doubted due to his size, but just keeps making saves and winning hockey games. He was an integral piece in Mid-Fairfield's USA Hockey National Championship last season. Mann went 22-8-1 with a .932 save percentage during the regular season.

While Mann was the only New England native on the Force, Cary Eades' team had several players committed to playing college hockey in the region: A.J. Drobot (Maine), William Fallstrom (Quinnipiac), Connor Mayer (Connecticut), Ross Mitton (Northeastern), Jacob Schmidt-Svejstrup (Maine), and Jordan Seyfert (Merrimack).
