Full schedule, results for 2026 Ed Burns Coffee Pot tournament

One of the best high school hockey showcases around the MIAA begins in just a few days.

The Ed Burns Coffee Pot Tournament, which annually features 16 of the best public school teams in Massachusetts, kicks off Saturday, Jan. 24. The finals are anticipated to be on Sunday, Feb. 8.

The teams are separated into two divisions: the Doherty Division and the Brinn Division.

This season, Hingham, Arlington, Tewksbury, Canton, Reading, Weymouth, Chelmsford and Milton make up the Doherty Division.

The Brinn Division features Winchester, Marshfield, Woburn, Walpole, Belmont, Braintree, Concord-Carlisle and Franklin.

Last season, third-seeded Belmont shut out fourth-seeded Arlington, 4-0, as the Marauders won the Doherty Division. In the Brinn Division, No. 10 Canton upended No. 9 Weymouth for the title, 4-2.
