College hockey coaching carousel churns

The college hockey coaching carousel continues to churn this off-season.

Monday’s announcement that Western Michigan assistant coach Todd Krygier was leaving the Broncos to become an assistant coach with the Grand Rapids Griffins, the AHL affiliate of the Detroit Red Wings, could have a far-reaching impact across college hockey.

New St. Lawrence head coach Brent Brekke has rounded out his coaching staff, taking two assistants from Atlantic Hockey schools.
