The 2018 New England Pro-Am Hockey Chowder Cup gets underway Thursday and wraps up Sunday. The games are predominantly played at the Foxboro Sports Center, while a few are sprinkled in at the Canton Ice House and Bridgewater Ice Arena.
Prospects competing in the Chowder Cup will range in age from 1998s through 2002s.
With any tournament that has such a vast amount of teams, the talent disparity will be huge. There are several college commits scheduled to play, while other teams will be completely out of their league.
As usual, the event will be scouted by many New England colleges, both from the Division 1 and Division 3 ranks.
