Three prep school products lead Chilliwack Chiefs to RBC Cup

By Jeff CoxMay 21, 2018

Three New Englanders will return to the region as champions after helping the Chilliwack Chiefs win the 2018 RBC Cup as the top Junior A team in Canada. Jake Gresh (Avon, Conn), Matt Slick (Andover, N.H.), and Anthony Vincent (Wilton, Conn.) were members of the Chiefs, a BCHL team and host of the event.

Slick and Vincent are both committed to playing college hockey at Holy Cross. Slick, a '99 defenseman with a mean streak, played four seasons at Proctor Academy while Vincent was a four-year member of the hockey team at Salisbury School.

Gresh, an Alaska-Fairbanks recruit who is a smooth-skating defender, played prep hockey at Avon Old Farms.
