Several New England prospects will be selected this Friday and Saturday at the 2019 NHL Draft in Vancouver, British Columbia.
In what is expected to be a record year for Americans, some local players will be drafted in what should be a historic first round.
While most hockey fans, especially those who pay attention to draft rankings, know about Matt Boldy, Spencer Knight and Alex Newhook, there are several other New Englanders and players with ties to the region who will go in later rounds.
