Laura Stamm's power skating system is designed to detect skating errors and teach players HOW to correct them. Technique training includes developing explosive acceleration, agility, speed on the corners, lateral mobility, tight turns, transitions, and other hockey specific skating maneuvers. Emphasis is placed on proper leg drive, upper body control, and weight shift.
