Around the Region: Carpenter, U.S. sweep Canada in U-22 series
Alex Carpenter (North Reading, Mass./Boston College) scored the game-tying goal and was 2-for-2 in the shootout in a come-from-behind 3-2 win as the U.S. Women’s Under-22 Select Team closed out a three-game sweep of Canada in a series in Calgary last month.
